AI ActComing Q3 2026

The AI Act, for organisations that deploy AI.

Most organisations do not build AI systems; they use them. The AI Governance module gives a deployer an inventory, a risk classification and a human-oversight record. It ships in Q3 2026, and a readiness review is available now.

What is available today, and what is not

The module is being built. Of everything on this page, only the readiness review is available today.

  • Readiness review: available now
  • AI system inventory: in design
  • Risk classification, Annex III and beyond: planned
  • FRIA and conformity workflow: planned
  • Human-oversight and audit registers: planned

Built for deployers

Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 places obligations on organisations that deploy AI systems, not only on those that build them. The job underneath the deadline is governing how AI gets used at all, so that being ready falls out of running the programme properly.

AI literacy starts now

The AI literacy obligation in Article 4 of the AI Act already applies. Workforce training can carry it: courses drafted from your own policies, with a dated acknowledgement per person.

Where it fits

AI Governance is included in the Institutional plan on its Q3 2026 release. The Sovereign plan adds custom AI Act registers.
