VP Consulting s.r.o. is the controller for personal data processed via vpointapp.com. This page explains what we collect, what runs only with your consent, and how to change your mind.
Data we collect
What you send us through the contact form: your email, and optionally your phone, organisation and the module you're interested in, along with your message. Beyond that, only what the tools described below record, and they run only once you allow them.
Cookies and consent
Before you decide, we set only the cookies necessary to run the site. Analytics cookies load only after you consent. Advertising tags are governed by consent mode, so declining them means they run without advertising cookies or identifiers. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The full list of cookies in use is at the end of this page, maintained automatically by our consent manager.
Analytics
With consent to statistics cookies, we use PostHog (EU-hosted) for pageviews and a single conversion event when the contact form is submitted. Without that consent, PostHog is never loaded.
Advertising
Google Tag Manager loads on every visit and manages our Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags, which tell us whether an ad led to an enquiry. Your consent choice is passed to Google through consent mode: where you decline marketing cookies, these tags run without advertising cookies or identifiers. This involves Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC in the United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, and to understand how the site is used and which campaigns bring the right institutions to it. We do not sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, or ask for it in portable form. Write to info@vpointapp.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
Sub-processors
Formspree (form delivery), PostHog (analytics, EU), Vercel (hosting), Cybot A/S (Cookiebot consent management, Denmark), and Google (tag management and advertising). EU region wherever the provider offers it.
