Deadlines the platform keeps

Directive (EU) 2019/1937 requires the receipt of a report to be acknowledged within seven days and feedback to be given within three months (Art. 9). In Czechia, zákon č. 171/2023 Sb. sets the deadlines for the příslušná osoba. Each case carries its response deadlines in the encrypted case file.
